*** The congress dinner can only be booked prior the congress and online. No bookings will be accepted on site.

Please note that the "payment by invoice" option is only possible up to 28 days before the start of the congress. After that, the participation fee can only be paid by credit card or TWINT during online registration or on site.

Payment

Credit card (VISA, Mastercard) 
  Payment with QR-bill 

  • For participants residing in Switzerland, payment by QR-bill or bank transfer on account is possible (until 11.08.2025).
  • Please note that full payment prior to the start of the event is mandatory. The due date indicated on the invoice is binding for timely payment. In the event of repeated payment reminders, you will be charged a reminder fee of CHF 30.

A half-day scanning session will be held at this year's annual congress. 4 credits will be awarded per half-day.

Modification and cancellation

Modification
Changes or the booking of additional services are generally possible free of charge. Name changes are subject to a processing fee of CHF 25 and are only possible before the booking has been canceled.

Cancellation
The following cancellation costs will be charged in the event of a full cancellation:

From 24 hours after registration: CHF 40.
From 09.07.2025: 50% of the total booking amount (min. CHF 40.-)
From 13.08.2025: 100% of the booking total (also in case of illness)

Bank charges for returned direct debits by bank are generally borne by the recipient of the credit.
